We always aim to make our products easy to use, with low usage of computer resources. We also aim to keep our prices low and affordable. Because of the nature of software and vst plugins, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges after purchasing.

If you are considering purchasing one of our products, but are unsure if our software will work on your particular computer system, we suggest that you download one of our free vst plugins, since these generally have the same technical requirements.

All of our products are designed to work with Windows PCs using a VST host. Instructions (where necessary) are included in the 'readme' text accompanying each product.
